"Lama Temple" China Things to Do Tip by graeme83

China Things to Do: 765 reviews and 1,190 photos

The Lama Temple is a large Buddist Temple in the north of Beijing. The area around the temple is full of shops selling various incense sticks to be burnt at the Temple. It was interesting to walk around the different buildings inside the complex. In the complex itself there are five main buidings with surrounding courtyards.

Directions: From Yonghegong walk south 200m. The entrance is on the left.
