Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: During January and February it is really hot in Buenos Aires and use shorts when you go around and walk in the city. If you are a girl you can use a skirt or a short dress. I did not have shorts with me when I arrived, so this is o experience, but I found some really cheap ones on sale.
