The skiing has improved in the last couple of years. New slopes have been created, snow cannons, chairlifts have been added, so that area now has more variety and scope.
It offers wide, tree lined slopes, mostly blue and reds but there are several black runs for more advanced skiers. All are connected by a free bus service. Snowmaking covers almost the whole system and you can find also a new skating rink, which is great fun for youngsters.
For beginners perfect place to learn to ski, but novadays it's great for intermediates and advanced too.
The excellent ski school - Italian Ski Folgaria School/Loc. Francolini, 41 - on wide, open easy slopes ensures that beginners progress quickly and move on with confidence to the higher slopes.
Regarding ski touring, there are no marked itineraries in the table-lands, and the advice is to ask the ski school teachers or the Alpine guides, also for a further safety.
In the Millegrobbe centre, the international Nordic ski race ?Millegrobbe? took place since twenty years. Taking part in the race are allowed for everybody over 18 years apart from nationality. You need only a valid medical certificate of fitness sports racing.

Directions: The whole ski area can be accessed from several points just outside the village by free shuttle service.
