Located near the seawall is a monument that was built to commemorate the billionth barrel of oil produced in Brunei..
It was designed by a local architect for Brunei Shell Petroleum. it features an arched entrance between two rows of trees and a tiled floor reflecting Brunei's Islamic beliefs to remind visitors of Brunei's Islamic faith.
