Only about two ways to get to Angus: car or boat.

We use our car to travel around the area and that is most convenient. But if you need to get a taxi to get here then try Other Taxi (315-789-5620) in Geneva. Or you can rent a car from Enterprise (315-789-3500) or Sensible (315-789-2400); both are in Geneva.

Train access to the area is actually into Geneva (Amtrak station) then car or cab to Angus.
Penn Yan airport is the nearest airport and its 4000 foot runway can handle up to small business or personal jet planes (commercial flights would normally go to Rochester or SYracuse airports). The webpage for the Penn Yan airport is:

Getting around the Angus area is basically by route 14 as a major highway and the many secondary roads that range in quality from okay in good weather to 4WD access in bad weather. Route 14 to route 54 gets you to Penn Yan. Route 14 to route 5/US20 goes to Geneva and beyond (both east and west). Route 14 south will get you to Watkins Glen which also is a nice vacation destination.

Boat access to Angus normally comes from the Erie Canal, through Geneva and into Seneca Lake.
