"Ina Coolbrith Park" Ina Coolbrith Park Tip by sue_stone
Ina Coolbrith Park, San Francisco: 1 reviews and 4 photos
Ina Coolbrith Park is a hidden gem on Russian Hill. It is a steep, stair-way garden park, a place for some peace and quiet or perhaps a nap during a busy day of sightseeing - not really the type to take the family for a picnic.
The park is named after Ina Coolbrith who was a well known Californian poet.
Take the steep steps up from Vallejo Street and you will be in the leafy 'park'. Climb to the top of the stairs, slide onto a sunny/shady bench and enjoy the gorgeous views across the city to the Bay Bridge in the distance.
Address: Vallejo Street, Russian Hill
