These are excellent apartments to rent and are a great alternative to a hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well - equiped although we didn't use it much. Tea and coffee are provided. We stayed in the Art Deco room and each of the rooms are individually decorated to a theme. The apartments have air con.

Unique Qualities: These are well designed apartments in a beutiful renovated old house, with hotel services. Each of the rooms have been individually designed and are fully equiped with kitchen, bathroom and living area. There is a cd player in each room. Breakfast is supplied every day and the rooms are serviced.
The apartments are located in a safe neighbourhood about 4 blocks from a main line railway station and the metro. Trams and buses stop close by. There are several shops and restaurants close by. The Boca neighbourhood is within walking distance, about 20 mins walk.
