We spent New Years Eve at the Four Seasons cigar lounge... alcohol is usually off-limits in Doha, except in a few posh hotels... and we wanted to toast to the New Year. We had not made reservations for the restaurants, and they were packed but the cigar lounge was cosy and emty, it had a small selection of (good) food and wines/cocktails - which suited us well.
Right before midnight the restaurants had closed and downstairs, in the restaurants' halls, everyone could dance the night away.
Dress Code: Casual smart is more than appropriate for the lounge
