Sheila's Cafe: "Breakfast to die for" Poulsbo Restaurant Tip by HasTowelWillTravel

Sheila's is right near the docks of Poulsbo. A small place, it fits right in with the town, but it makes the most fabulous breakfasts in Washington. Often it is about a 20 minute wait on a weekend morning. However, it is well-worth it.

Favorite Dish: I love the classic breakfast. 2 eggs, scrambled with home fries (which includes onions and peppers). The dish comes with toast, which is thick cut (about 1" thick, no joke). And you have the option of meat. I love the sausage, which comes as a large patty, grilled, a little spicy.
