I was very brave a took a walk in Powder Mills Park in Pittsford after a big snow storm. There was hardly another soul to be seen just white untouched snow and peace and quiet.
There were a number of trails to take through the park and at a guess we probably took the shortest as it was hard work trudging through the snow. There appeared to be some good hills for sledding too.
For what I could see of the park it appeared to be very picturesque, with various lodges, streams running through it and marshy wetlands. I would guess it would be a lovely place to go to in the summer.
