"Great Golf Courses near Obidos" Óbidos Sports & Outdoors Tip by Elisabeth1

I was recently in Obidos to play golf and it was simply a wonderfull experience! The weather was great and the golf courses are out of range!
My number one is the Praia d'El Rey Golf Course, with beautifull sea views and great maintenance. Quite challenging though! I stayed in the Marriott there and the experience was positive eventhough food & beverages prices are over exagerated.
A new golf course, Bom Sucesso, was very interesting. Nice to play, less technicall than the Praia d'El rey but with a wide variety of challenges and different holes patterns. I played as well the CampoReal golf Course (nice Westin hotel there) and Golden Eagle.
I would recommend to stay 3 or 4 nights there for golfing and of course visiting Obidos and enjoy quiet Portuguese countryside!
