"Car or bus" Malta Transportation Tip by littlebush

Hiring a car is a very good way to see the island and its very very cheap.
I used 'Ray Bezzina car hire' located in Bugibba, just a minutes walk from the Falcon court apartments. (Call +356 21577165
It cost just 10 euros per day.
Having a car means you can explore and your own pace and see every inch of the island.
Be warned, some roads have pot holes and are quite bumpy.
People say Maltese drivers are crazy drivers but i found it ok.
The roads can get busy, expecially coming back from Gozo heading south on a late sunday afternoon!

Buses are legendary in Malta for their design! They run pretty much everywhere.

To get to Gozo, the ferry funs every 45mins and takes 25mins.
For 2 people with a car, it cost 20 euros for a return.
