Qdoba got its start in the mid 1990s in Denver and became famous across Denver, the state of Colorado, and later the whole of the United States for its burritos. This is fast food, but it's not the same combination platter item with the obligatory Spanish rice and refried beans. In its first few years there were 400 locations across the Fruited Plain. In 2003, Jack in the Box bought out the original owners.

Favorite Dish: I like the chicken burrito with fresh grilled chicken marinated in adobo spices, with black beans, and roasted chile corn salsa. The portions seemed greater than at similar type restaurants (Moe's and Chipotle). I was disappointed with the corn chips and the tomatillo salsa that came with them.
