For those who love to gamble, Vegas is four hours away from Phoenix. But there are also places that are much closer!

First is the Casino Arizona, which also hosts a lot of entertaining shows. There’s almost 1000 slot machines, lots of blackjack and poker tables. Plasma TV’s also broadcast international sports.

Loop 101 and McKellips Rd
Second Location at Indian bend & Loop 101

Then, the other famous casino is Fort McDowell Casino which offers free entertainment on top of the gambling. It is located at Hwy 87 & Fort McDowell Rd (2 miles north of Shea). The Fort has five dining choices which includes the Verde River Buffet which the New Times 2005 voted as “Best Casino Buffet”, open daily for lunch and dinner. The Fort is also the Valley’s home to Rage in the Cage (hardcore fighting) and Bad Boy Boxing!

Address: Loop 101 & McKellips Rd; also at HWY 87
