"simple & clean" Thai Binh 1 Tip by betska

The front desk lady at our hotel in Hoi An suggested this hotel. She rang and booked our room for us, we paid a small deposit. She organised a free pick-up for us in Hue which saved us dealing with the hotel touts that boarded the bus when we arrived.

We got a room on the 5th floor (room 508) with 3 single beds (yay!) it was clean and the beds were not too hard! The usual, air con, fridge & TV and US$21 for the room including breakfast. This was the typical breakfast, a lovely fresh baguette with the choice of cheese, egg, jam etc and coffee or tea.

There was a bit of pressure from the check-in lady to book onward train tickets/tombs tours through their hotel, but we just changed the subject. They were happy to look after our bags for the day after we checked out. Free internet as well.
