"Hogarths House" London Off The Beaten Path Tip by clouds111
London Off The Beaten Path: 1,701 reviews and 3,049 photos
The house is situated in Chiswick on Hogarths Roundabout, a little cottage and picturesque garden completely out of place on this busy road.
It belonged to the famous artist William Hogarth. It is now a small museum in remembrance of it's owner which you can visit the house for free. It is set out as it may have been in the 18th Century and displays prints of many of his works.
If you head towards the river to Chiswick Mall, there's a small church, St Nicholas where he is now laid to rest.
