This would be the best zoo we have ever been to, and I would think any other zoo would find it hard to be as good.

The animals ARE NOT IN CAGES, they are behind moats, which makes for excellent viewing for us humans, and for the animals its much better for them too.
There is a good variety of animals and you feel that you are amongst them!

There are also 3 differents shows that you can watch and if you want, you can take a tram ride for $5, a Horse & Carriage ride $8 and an Elephant ride for $8.
You can also have you photo taken with Birds and Animals, A pony, Mawcaws, Orangutans and Elephant (only if you are having an Elephant ride)

Open every day from 8.30 - 6 pm

Admission in 2011....Adult S$20.00......Child (3 to 12 years old) S$13.00

We bought a 3 in 1 pass which is the cheapest and best way to go if you want to see the 3 parks.....All are excellent.

3-in-1 Jurong Bird Park
Night Safari*
Singapore Zoo........... S$58.00 / S$38.00

2-in-1 Jurong Bird Park
Singapore Zoo...............S$32.00 / S$21.00

2-in-1 Night Safari*
Singapore Zoo........... S$42.00 / S$28.00

All these ticket's can be bought online or at the Parks. They are valid for 30days from date of purchase, and at the night safari, the tram ride is included in the price. You can visit when-ever you wish with-in the 30days.
The website gives a lot of detailed information on everything you could possibly want to know.
