The Palace of San Telmo is an impressive building built in 1682 and was in use as a University from 1685. Over time it has change from a Naval College (the first in Spain) to The Duke of Montpensier?s residence in 1849. The entrance to the building is very ornate and has statues of famous figures from the history of Seville. Today is houses the presidency of the Andalusian Parliament and government offices.
