it's nothing short of a miracle that such complex and antique constructions have survived not only the passage of time but also the wave of eartquakes and fires that ravaged the city more than once.Among these is the church of San Francisco,sitting a top the hill,El Baron.
Old legend has it that sailor honorably distinguished this church by giving it the name "the tower of Don Pancho" which then became affectionately known as "Pancho" throughout the city.
In the end,"Pancho"is known as such throughout the land...
