  Café 't Molentje - Amsterdam
by pieter_jan_v

Café 't Molentje is one of many cazy brown café's.
I discovered this place while guiding some friends of me through Amsterdam and is was the ideal stopover spot after seeing the RLD and the Dam square.
From here we had a great startpoint to explore the Nine Little Streets and the Jordaan area.

The café has a small menu with excellent soups, toasties and other Dutch treats. For 5 to 6 Euro's you enyou a small lunch.

There are Dutch magazines around for reading, but having a chat at the bar is more interesting.

Favorite Dish: The Thai chicken soup.
