Singapore Things to Do: 1,995 reviews and 3,531 photos

Only Singapore and Rio de Janeiro are the cities to have rainforests inside their boundaries. Bukit Timah Nature Reserve is your chance to visit a rainforest in Singapore. There are marked routes where you can trek inside the rain forest and you can spend 3-4 hours to make a walking tour. You can see many species of fauna and flora as well as monkeys and lizards. Besides the trekking paths, there is also a mountain bike trek to enjoy the scenery and the fresh air. Bukit Timah is the highest natural point in Singapore with 164 metres above sea level. Nature reserve is open from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm daily. Entrance is free of charge.
