Our first destination of our day out was Haworth. We set off from The Wool Merchants hotel in Halifax, which had been an excellent venue for our VT meet (Please see mine and other VTers Halifax Hotels tips).

Following them, were me driving and Angiebabe navigating and taking photos (then downloading them onto her laptop as we sped along!).

Haworth is about 30 minutes drive from Halifax (we had a couple of stops on the way) and is well sign posted.

We parked in the Pay and Display car park near the Parsonage museum. You can reach this directly from the car park, or take the alternative route, which we did, to see a bit of the village first, then walk past the church and school (where Charlotte Bronte taught for a while) to the Parsonage.

In the car park are clean Portacabin toilets.

I'm afraid that I don't know the parking rates - Poons generously got the tickets - (I still owe her -ooops!)
