When I got out of Principe Pio Station I couldn?t understand why so many people were walking towards the church. I was very lucky because the day I visited the church (june 13th) it was the day that there was a celebration about him! The church is worth to visit because there are some beautiful frescoes on the ceilings. All of them are painted by famous Goya! He is also buried here. Check his statue in front of the church in the little park.

The church was built by Fontana in 1790. There is a small entrance fee but it was for free that day.

Address: 5 Paseo San Antonio de la Florida
Directions: From Principe Pio metro, walk at Paseo de la Florida for about 5 minutes.
