The 2nd floor is the restuarant & bar. as you go in from the 1st floor you'll notice the beautifull bokshop that is locate there. It is part of the cafe.
The place has a great terrace that over looks the down town. A lot of locals, expats & tourists.

    I used to go to the Diplomat Cafe, great Pistachios, i wonder if it is still there. I notice the bookshop opened for business in '77 according to the website but i certainly do not recall it. I used to go to the After Eight Bar in that area and actually the bar was opened up by two friends of mine, a Syrian and an American, back in 76 or 77, and i notice that it is still in operation, perhaps in a different location
