The Ravenglass Eskdale Railway is a 7-mile scenic journey through the western part of the Lakes. It's a miniature steam railway which children love!

You can get on at Ravenglass, but we started at Dalegarth. You could combine this with driving over the Hardknott Pass if you're staying further east.

Address: Ravenglass or Dalegarth.
