Guinness Brewery, Dublin: 140 reviews and 215 photos
Everything you wanted to know about Guinness and more.. the history, the ingredients, how it is made, the advertising... and the most delicious pint of Guinness once you reach the 7th floor of the exhibition.
I'm not a Guiness drinker - and Guinness doesnì't travel well... the only pint I enjoy it's at the brewery. Even in the pub across the road, the taste is different. Seriously.
The brewery is open 7 days a week from 9.30 AM to 5 PM, except in July and august, when it's open until 7 PM. You can buy your tickets online, skip the queues and save some money. Online it's ? 13.50, at the ticket office ? 15.00. Tickets are valid for one year.
Address: St James Gate, Dublin 8
Directions: Bus 51B and Bus 78A from Aston Quay, Bus 123 from O'Connell Street/Dame street.
On foot: Dame Street - Thomas Street until you see the brewery sign.
