We have never stayed here ourselves (it is out of our price range), but friends of ours from the US did and they said that they enjoyed the roominess of the rooms, the upscale atmosphere and especially the espresso maker in the room.

Dalia Yahel, the owner/manager also has a restaurant that has a beautiful porch overlooking the valley that leads down to the Dead Sea, we often take coffee or a snack there to enjoy the view. If you call or write her, make sure to mention Martin and Zohara from Arad.

Unique Qualities: UPDATE: 2-2013.
Ownership has changed hands to Gili Soffer and he is improving on the hotel but expanding the dining area, adding an additional 3 luxury suites and refurbishing the porch area. He told me that the work should be done in the coming months.

Address: Rehov Moav 72
Comparison: more expensive than average
Directions: On road to Masada that goes through the town of Arad. It is on your right side just after a small concrete lookout and before you turn left toward Masada.
