"From Israel, there are three..." Border Crossing Tip by bbprushnok

Border Crossing, Jordan: 6 reviews and 1 photos

From Israel, there are three border crossings into Jordan: one at the Allenby Bridge, another at Eilat/Aqaba, and a third in the north. I chose the southern entrance in Aqaba. Avoid the Allenby crossing which is in the West Bank of Israel
From the border crossing in Aqaba, you must take a taxi to wherever you are going next. You can go to Aqaba or other places in the country. The cost from the border to Aqaba is 5 Jordanian dinar. Busses are cheapest. It cost about 1 dinar to go from Wadi Mousaa to Wadi Rum. However, it was my understanding that bus travel can be irregular.
