The National Gallery is around the corner from Khaosan Road in an old colonial building with a little courtyard .In the galllery you can see some paintings by the King of Thailand in The Celebration Room; paintings by Thai pioneer artist in The Senior Artist Room;Traditional Thai Art room and there is always an interesting temporary exhibition on the ground floor.
If you like art this is a good place to spent a quiet moments.
The National Gallery opens every day except Mon,Tues from 9:00am to 4:00pm.Admission is 10 baht for Thais 30 baht for others.
