The Paseo de Santa Lucia (also called the River Walk, in English) is a charming way to get from the museum area to the very large Parc Fundidora. A cheap boat ride will save you the walk along a pleasant artificial canal, although the walk itself is also pleasant. Near the museum end there are some riverside tables and restaurants and there is a steady stream of locals walking around dusk. A nice place for a snack!

Address: Behind the Mexican history museum
Directions: Go down the Macro Plaza to the three museums and turn right.
