"Taste of Chicago" Festivals Tip by apbeaches

Festivals, Chicago: 29 reviews and 45 photos

Dinners looked very crowded so we enjoyed a Wednesday lunch. We didn't wait in line for tickets, nor at any of the 50 food vendors. There was something for all four of us to eat. It wasn't cheap; we went through coupons quickly, 12 coupons for $8.00. We could purchase a small taste of the food each restaurant had to offer or a more expensive & larger choices. We enjoyed ribs, cheesecake, burgers. ..

People watching was fun. Picnic tables were clean. The Brawny tent made a hit. They had two sinks with soap and towels to clean up after dining.

We do too! Most of the restaurants in Chicago brought out their best dishes for minimal prices. There were lot's of tables & even trailers with soap, water & paper towels.
