Each vine stock is protected from the winds by a lava wall, so it can grow normally. This is - as the Lanzarotian say - unique in the world. It is planted in lava gravel that retains humidity of the night and give it back during the day.
They grow very good white wines, usually Malvasia (dry or sweet). The red wines are also good, but less interesting than the whites.
Along the road LZ30, you find many cellars (Bodega) where you can have wine degustations.

Directions: Take the road from Yaiza to San Bartolome (LZ30).
