There are a lot of good restaurants in the Little India district. One worth trying is "Mini Nepal". It offers Neapali & North Indian food, and is very good and cheap.
Favorite Dish: I had a set meal there for S$5 of chicken curry, green vegetables, samosa filling, cucumbers, long grain white rice and naan. The service was good too.
There are two outlets, I went to the one on Upper Dickson Road.
