Cebu Pacific Air is the No. 1 Low Budget Carrier in the Philippines (in domestic travel but in international travel, Philippine Airlines is still the Number 1 and i still prefer Philippine Airlines). The airline is a wholly-owned subsidiary of JG Summit Holdings, controlled by the Gokongwei family - one of the richest Filipino-Chinese families based in the Philippines. Cebu Pacific is currently headed by Lance Gokongwei, it's CEO. Cebu Pacific has the largest domestic destinations and it flies BOTH to Kalibo and Caticlan Airports (Airbus A 319 on Kalibo and ATR-72 Turbo Prop Plane in Caticlan). Fares are cheaper is you buy 3 weeks in advance (usually about 5,000 pesos including all sucharges) but be wary of their fares as it does not include the cost of fuel surcharge, airport taxes, value added taxes, local taxes and more.

their Main Office is in:

Airline Operations Center Building
Manila Domestic Airport Complex
Old Domestic Road
Pasay City
Philippines 1301
