If you are an art lover, the Fine Arts Museum is a nice place to while away some time. It is housed in a wonderful building which once served as the French Ministry of Information.
You will find works by Vietnamese artists including many lacquer paintings, wood carvings and sculptures. The artifacts range from ancient antiquities to contemporary art. Entrance fee is 20,000 dong per adult. Open Tuesday to Sunday 8am-noon and 1.30-4.30pm. Closed on Mondays. No photos allowed.
