How to describe them? For European guy, it's crazy!!!
You have to stop at the police posts in the entrances and on the highway and even to go outside of the car! It can be 2x3 ways road, but speed limit is 40km/hr afte the post, and of course, radar-control. But you can negociate (I know it!!!!!!)
In the cities, even if the street is large, you have to take care of (big) holes there. Also, it's very usual to see the car in front of you taking the other way!!!
Remember, if you walk by feet, YOU ARE NOTHING!!!
