The good typical dishes from Alentejo, are prepared with conscience and respect for costumers and traditions.

Going in a low season day, we found a service in a normal rhythm, unusual in those latitude. The three usual speeds in Alentejo (slow, very slow and stopped) were not respected, and we finished lunch in a very acceptable time, with a nice talk with the owner, who came in the end to check the costumers' satisfaction.

We congratulated him... of course!
