Yoghurt sprinkled with honey is a great Greek delicacy. Bakhlava is another delicacy sprinkled with honey. And there are many others. Then, someone has to produced a lot of honey! Look at those beehives, standing on the slopes of Mount Ainos. I have found 80 of them, tightly arranged as if it was a busy city.
