Favorite thing: Whilst walking through the resort gardens behind the Cascades hotel we came across this unusual tree, large thorns up its trunck. We had never seen anything like it. Chorisia speciosa.

Fondest memory: The gardens and rain forest are a very fond memory of our visit.
