Ealing Transportation: 4 reviews and 6 photos
Ealing is in easy reach of central London – one of the reasons it is so popular as a place to live. The main station is Ealing Broadway, which is served by the Central and District tube lines and by mainline services from Paddington. About a mile to the south is South Ealing Station, served by the Piccadilly Line, and a little west of here is Northfields Station on the same line. A journey from central London will take about 30–40 minutes, depending on which route you take and how long you have to wait for a train!
A large number of bus routes also serve the area. One of the most frequent is the 207, running east to west along the Uxbridge Road between Shepherds Bush and Uxbridge, and with several stops in Ealing. Another useful route, if you’re following my tips, is the 65, which starts in Ealing Broadway and runs south through South Ealing to Kew and Richmond.
