I took an Arabic bath in the centre of Jerez, and have nothing but positive feedback for this hydrotherapy....
The place is beautiful, and must be the quietest place Ive been to in noisy Spain.
After changing into your bathing gear (forgot yours? Don't worry the helpful staff will furnish you w' one - and not one your granny would wear either)...step into a laguna of luxurious calm w' three different pools all of different temperatures - the medium and hot pools are filled to your thighs, n you can't help but adopt child like poses - which fit nicely w the feutus position you can't help but adopt in the oh so cold pool...now, here's the big tip......
..........to benefit fully, you must do the hot bath / cold bath thing as many times as you can take it (the cold one's a killer, but the rewards are over the good and the bad). What a charge to the system...your realigned mentally and physically....n those child like poses...well there is a feeling of non-hippyish re-birth...or renaissance if you prefer.
Your skin will feel softer afterwards as it's expelled toxins, you'll be tired after all this detoxification...so don't have too much planned for afterwards. (Remember the skin can expulse as much toxins in an hour, as your kidney's take 24 hours to do...and the kidneys are working super hard at the same time - the cold water charges into the internal organs).
The music / the decor / the lighting / the sweet tea that appears half way through / the staff - all tranquilly spot on....
I'm addicted...i felt so peaceful afterwards....next time im going to have the massage too.
