Chicago hostel is on the street above San Blas Square, very conveniently located near the Old City and near the Metro bus stop. It's family run so you will enjoy familiar atmosphere and genuine smiles by the people running it. They will help you out with whatever you need. The rooms are clean and comfortable with hot water and cable TV. They cost 6.50$ for dorms, 6,50$ each in a double room with shared bathroom, 8,50$ each for triples and doubles with bathroom and 9,00$ for a single with bathroom. Internet access and the kitchen are available for the guests. There are lockers and luggage storage service.
But you haven't heard the best yet...breakfast tastes better here...because it is served on their amazing roof top terrace with great views of the city! And it is included in the price.
