The Oriental Plaza Food Court: "Food from Around the World" Oriental Plaza Food Court Tip by mikelisaanna

In the middle of the Oriental Plaza Mall is a large food court that has a large number of restaurants and fast food places with cuisines from all over China and the rest of the world. It is a great place to go if you need a break from Chinese food. Cuisines that are available include various types of Chinese, as well as Japanese, Thai, American, and Italian. There is also a Starbucks and a Dairy Queen. We ate there twice for dinner at the Thai restaurant, once for dinner at the Japanese sushi restaurant, both of which were pretty decent.

Comparison: more expensive than average
Directions: The food court is located on the lower level of the Oriental Plaza shopping mall in central Beijing. You can access the mall from the lower end of the Wangfujing pedestrian street.
