New Orleans Sports & Outdoors: 22 reviews and 28 photos
It goes without saying that a run on the riverwalk along the Mississippi couple with a run along Decatur will be quite fullfilling. I enjoy running this route particularly because you catch a glimpse of the city slowly waking up with the Louisiana sun. My favorite thing to do is run and start at the aquarium and eventually end up at Cafe du Monde for a cafe au lait. The landmark cafe is usually fairly slow early in the mornings.
Equipment: A good pair of running shoes.
