...then you can do far worse than discover the Eddy Bar on Gerard Doustraat.
This I suppose could also be a "Sports Tip" as this little local bar is the place to go for a game of billiards or darts but on the couple of occasions that I've dropped in (purely for research purposes of course) I've simply enjoyed a beer at the bar with the regulars and the big friendly woman serving - BTW the beer at 1.60 Euro is amongst the cheapest in town and the atmosphere is so laid-back its almost horizontal.
Well worth falling into!
