"Cutting Edge Jazz Club" Smalls Jazz Club Tip by Fuxe

Smalls Jazz Club, New York City: 3 reviews and 0 photos

If you are in NYC and you like to listen to great live Jazz you have to go to "Smalls Jazz Club"
Very small, very comfortable. You will find a nice and cozy cellar in south manhatten where you can listen to great life Jazz and have a good time hangig out. Although they changed the concept. When I was there 6 years ago, they charged 5$ now it's 20$ but still a good deal for what you get and it already includes a drink chip for wine or beer. Nowadays they are allowed to sell alcohol, back then it was one of the few clubs in NYC which didn't have an alcohol serving licence, the good think was you were allowed to bring your own drinks.
Insinde smalls you will find a lot of old couches, a small bar and some chairs. They do not take reservation "Firt come firt served". Also people under the age of 21 are welcome, but will not get alcohol served.
