"Views from Within" Musee d'Orsay Tip by wilocrek

Musee d'Orsay, Paris: 275 reviews and 558 photos

The most artistic part of Orsay is not so much the art that is displayed but the building itself. The Orsay is a converted train station that still retains the old school train station feel with a modern twist. The main floor of the Orsay is wide open, with the three levels rising above it. The clock on the far end of the Orsay is as famous as the museum itself. The art aside, my favorite part of the Orsay is simply walking around and taking in the building itself.
