"Views from the Top" Arc de Triomphe Tip by wilocrek

Arc de Triomphe, Paris: 402 reviews and 711 photos

The views from the top of the Arch are unique, not in the fact that they have 360 degree views of Paris, but because of the views of the Champs Elysee and the other streets of Paris that interconnect with the Arch. Also since the Arch is not as high as the Eiffel Tower, the views of the city are at eye level, as opposed to a birds eye level that you get with the Tower views, so its a different perspective anyway. The best time to check out the views from the Arch are at dusk, that way you can see a sunset over the city and then later see the Eiffel Tower light up and sparkle like a fire cracker!
