If you do not have much luggage or just lugging backpacks, better take a public utility jeep that ply the airport exit to the main gate of Clark. That would cost not more that P10. From the main gate, hire a tricycle to take you to Dau bus terminal, just about P50-P70 for a trip. Unless of course you have heavier luggage then a taxi will be most convenient, P250-P300 is reasonable but try to haggle.

At the Dau bus terminal, several bus lines going to or passing thru Vigan make a 15-minute bus stop, but these buses may be far in between. I suggest you call the bus terminals in their official hotlines for an estimate of their pass-thru at Dau:
