AU BON MARCHE BUILDING Jalan Braga no 3
For the latest in Paris fashions for the planters wives, this shop was the best known on the street. It was designed by the architect A. Makkinga in 1913 and was given a clearly French name. The stained glass windows are of the art Nouveau design, while the iron balcony and tower complete the beauty of this building.

THE GAS BUILDING Jalan Braga no 38
Designed by R.L.A. Schoemaker in 1930, the Gas Building is of Modern Functionalism style Art Deco detailing, and stands amid the another fine architectural works.

Was designed by C.P. W. Schoemaker in the Indo-European style. One particular interest is the inclusion of traditional decorations such as the two giant Kala heads on the fašade. The building re-used as the Landmark Exhibition Centre.

This beautiful building was designed in a Classical Revival Style and is one of the few remaining in the city. It is the first building in Bandung to use reinforced concrete. The bank is currently the head office for Bank Indonesia in Bandung.
